Marek joined V4C from Allegro, the leading Polish Internet marketplace. At Allegro, he worked on various acquisitions conducted by the company and contributed to the development of several of the evolving strategies to maintain the platform’s leadership, including e-groceries, merchant finance and international expansion. He was also the lead analyst on a cost optimisation initiative.

In 2021, he completed his Master’s Degree in the top 10% of his class. He has continued to build his skills and knowledge post graduate, undertaking various professional courses.
