Before joining V4C in August 2023, Małgorzata spent six years at EY, rising through the ranks from Audit Assistant to Manager. She started her career as a member of FSI audit practice, quickly advancing to Senior Consultant, leading audit engagements and developing a focus on servicing private equity clients. In 2020, she joined the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) group where she assisted clients from the financial sector in the implementation of new accounting standards, IFRS conversions, undertaking secondments to internal audit functions and addressing specialised reporting for unusual transactions.

From 2021 until joining V4C, she was a Manager in CFO Consulting (formerly FAAS) practice, leading teams working with financial sector clients on re-modelling finance functions and reporting processes, the analysis of the accounting consequences of complex transactions and implementing evolving IFRS standards.  

Małgorzata graduated with a Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management, specialising in corporate finance and accounting. Currently, she is in the process of attaining ACCA membership.
