Joining V4C in May 2023, Anca brought six years of experience in various roles, principally with Tradeville, an independent Romanian broker on the local stock exchange market. She started with Tradeville as a Research Economist and was promoted to Investment Analyst working on numerous equity and bonds offerings and research reports on Romanian companies. In 2021, she was promoted again to co-ordinate the firm’s corporate finance activities for both public and private offerings. She joined Deloitte’s corporate finance team as a Senior Associate in October 2022 to focus on M&A assignments.

Anca graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Sciences with a Bachelor and Master’s degrees, finishing in the Top 5% of her class. She has continued her education with various courses on investment and capital markets and she has completed Level 1 of the CFA Institute certification.
