Romanian private healthcare operator MedLife ended the first six months of the year with turnover of EUR 38.3 million, up 12%year-to-year, higher than the overall private medical services market increase of 8-9%. “We’ve reached 1.3 million clients in the first six months, excluding subscribers, and by the end of the year we believe that we will exceed, for the first time, 2.5 million patients, the equivalent of over 10% of Romania’s population”, said MedLife president Mihai Marcu. There were no major changes on the market of private medical services in the first half of the year, according to Marcu.
